James June Media provided full end-to-end production for an on-the-fly, behind-the-scenes mini documentary designed to feel natural, unscripted, and character-driven.
Working in a vérité style inspired by The Office, we captured real interactions between the owner and team members as the decorating party unfolded, prioritizing authentic moments, candid dialogue, and environmental sound over staged setups.
Through intentional production sound capture and editorial pacing, the final piece tells a lighthearted but genuine story about company culture, emphasizing connection, humor, and the small moments that define the team beyond the workplace.
