Inside the project
The thinking behind the work.
The need
Francis Audio-Visual wanted to reach organizations planning fall galas, fundraising events and other large indoor gatherings. The campaign needed to show the value of professional AV through the event experience, using existing footage rather than a new shoot.
The idea
Start with a beautiful venue that still feels empty. As lighting, sound and visuals come together, the room becomes an experience built around the client’s goals and guests. The story lands on a direct invitation: bring your next event to life.
The approach
James June Media reviewed footage from Francis Audio-Visual’s Cayuga Health Gala work and other existing assets, developed the “Create Moments” concept and storyboard, then shaped a short vertical video. A companion static ad and campaign copy carried the same message across the paid campaign.
The result
The campaign generated nearly 25,000 impressions, while more than half of recorded video views reached completion—a sign that the video held attention as the campaign built visibility.
The storyboard
The story, frame by frame.
The storyboard moves from an empty venue to the experience Francis helps create.
Companion creative
One idea. Two ways to meet the audience.
The companion static ad expresses the same promise in one image: lighting, sound and visuals help turn a gathering into an experience that stays with guests.
